Hello. I’m Otto M. Asian. Welcome to the Weekly BAT Watcher Full Episode for June 17, 2023.

Up is a 2014 Porsche 991.1 Turbo S Cabriolet. In Rhodium Silver and Black leather. With 21,000 miles.

There are 1,280 Turbo S Cabriolet of this model, in the SC Sage database.

The average market price for this model is $134,540, with 30,914 miles.

This specific example has been logged on SC Sage beginning in January 2021.

Looking at the Autocheck report, the vehicle has no reported accidents and 4 owners. This is not the best history.

There are images of the car, in the SC Sage database, back in 2021.

There are 46 units of this model on the market today. This one will probably not sell here as interest appears thin for this model overall.

Offered up is a 17,000 mile, 2017 Ferrari 488 Spider. In Grigio Scuro, with Rosso Ferrari leather.

There are 1,562 488 spider, in the SC Sage database. The market is currently saturated with 131 spider models on the market today.

The average market price for the spider is $305,126, with 10,479 miles.

This specific example has been logged on SC Sage beginning in November 2021. It had been modified at that time. And it remains so today.

Looking at the Autocheck report, this vehicle has moved around from Florida to Montana – but surely was never physically in the latter.

The market has too many cars for sale at the moment, to give this modified one much hope of closing here.

Offered now is a 35,000 mile, 2010 Porsche 997.2 Turbo cabriolet. Black with Black leather. It has P D K transmission.

There are 656 of this model in cabriolet, in the SC Sage database. There are not so many on the market which is in the seller’s favor.

The average market price for the 997.2 Turbo cabriolet is $101,234, with 39,652 miles. Using the Market Value app to look deeper into the SC Sage database, we find that with manual transmission this model’s average price jumps to $136,932.

This specific example has been logged on SC Sage beginning in September 2018. When it had 18,724 miles. Photos from that time are available in SC Sage.

Looking at the Autocheck report, this vehicle has no reported accidents and 5 owners. This is quite a few owners.

As it is P D K, with many owners, it can only be expected to move here for less than average money.

On offer is a Ferrari 488 GTB. A 2017 model with 2,000 miles. In Nero D S, with Rosso Ferrari leather.

There are 1,241, of this model coupe in the SC Sage database.

There are 112 on the market today.

The average market price for the coupe is $268,546, with 10,949 miles.

That would make this example relatively low mileage.

Looking at the SC Sage data, this car has been offered since April 2022 by several dealers. At that time it had 1,346 miles.

It has had the same mileage as offered here since February 2023.

Looking at the Autocheck report, the vehicle has no reported accidents and 3 owners.

As with many cars on Bring a Trailer, this car was recently on offer from a dealer. Priced at $276,990, by the same dealer selling it here. Hopefully, no one pays more at this auction. But it is surprising how many winning bidders do indeed pay more.

Offered up now is a 2019 Porsche, 991.2 Turbo S coupe. With 31,000 miles.

In Carrara White, with Black leather.

There are 1,983 of this model in coupe, in the SC Sage database.

There are 77 examples currently on the market, with an average price of $171,846, and 20,277 miles.

This car first showed in SC Sage in November 2022, offered for $155,601.

The Autocheck report shows 2 owners and no reported accidents.

One would think that the car should hit its previous offering price. However, the market has shifted. And there are many other examples to choose from. One doubts if this will be able to achieve that here.

Offered up now is a 2019 Porsche, 991.2 Turbo S cabriolet. With 2,800 miles.

In White, with Black leather.

There are 1,234 of this model in cabriolet, in the SC Sage database.

There are 44 examples currently on the market, with an average price of $171,800, and 16,856 miles.

This car first showed in SC Sage in May 2020, offered with only 24 miles, for $231,290.

It has not been driven so much since, maintaining relatively low mileage.

But even with that it was offered in April 2023 for $204,900, by the dealer selling here. And it did not sell, so here it is on Bring a Trailer.

The Autocheck report shows 3 owners and no reported accidents.

It’s not clear that the selling dealer wants anything more than to move it here. So, it will probably go.

Offered up now is a 2018 Porsche, 991.2 GT3, with manual transmission. Carrying 14,000 miles.

This is a base model, in Black, with Black leather.

There are 2,472 of the base model, in the SC Sage database.

There are 88 examples currently on the market, with an average price of $198,386, and 10,228 miles. This combined manual and P D K transmission.

The SC Sage Market Value app reveals that the Base model, isolated to manual transmission, carries a somewhat higher average price of $206,001.

This car first showed in SC Sage in May 2020. Then again in February 2021, offered with 7,561 miles, for $164,995.

Although it now has double those miles, it may be worth more today.

Now on offer is a 2011 Porsche, 997.2 Turbo Coupe, with manual transmission. With 53,000 miles.

Painted in Carrara White, with Black full leather.

There are 833 of the coupe, in the SC Sage database. Of these, only 296 are manual transmission.

Although this one is high mileage. There are very few on the market which should help this auction.
The average price for the coupe is $134,178, with 36,996 miles. However, the SC Sage Market Value app reveals that this model in manual transmission, jumps substantially to $192,447, with a much lower 23,619 miles.

This car first showed in SC Sage in December 2021. With 49,963 miles, it was offered for $149,900.

With manual transmission, it might still be worth that at this auction.
